The Rainwater Charitable Foundation turned to KINETIK to bring to life three years of extensive research and model program development by the Rainwater Leadership Alliance (RLA), a coalition of innovative principal preparation programs committed to preparing leaders who can dramatically improve and sustain student achievement in our nation's schools. "A New Approach to Principal Preparation" shares the collective lessons learned and practices of the RLA through a colorful presentation of information with multiple visual cues throughout to lead readers through the complex content. Stylized portraits of children and bold graphic treatments highlight the innovative, visionary goals of the RLA.
